Returns

We accept returns only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • Clear proof of the issue (photos or videos) must be provided

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
  • Personal care, beauty, hygiene, and intimate products once opened
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable
  • Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Items Shipped from Abroad

  • Delivery timelines are clearly indicated on the product page
  • Orders shipped from abroad cannot be cancelled or refunded once processing has begun
  • Refunds apply only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped

Failed or Missed Deliveries

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
